CLEVELAND -- Detroit Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera has been ejected in the sixth inning against the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday night.Cabrera hit a ground ball to third baseman Jose Ramirez with Ian Kinsler on first. Ramirezs throw to second baseman Jason Kipnis wasnt in time to get Kinsler but Cabrera, thinking the ball hit off his leg, never left the batters box. He was called out when Kipnis threw to first.Cabrera immediately argued the call and manager Brad Ausmus came out of the dugout. The umpires briefly met and the out call stood. Still carrying his bat, Cabrera angrily protested the ruling and was ejected by first base umpire Tim Timmons.The ejection, the eighth of Cabreras career, came with the Indians leading 8-0.
