New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker was diagnosed with a partially torn rotator cuff and wont play Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, the team announced Friday.Coach Todd Bowles called it a week-to-week injury, indicating that surgery isnt planned at this time.
